Responsibilities工作职责
• NPI models cost estimation新型号成本预估
• Cost variance analysis of different cost level, continuously find ways to improve the accuracy of cost estimation 成本差异分析，持续改善预估准确性
• Identify cost reduction opportunities, work with Sourcing, Engineering, Product team to get the best cost solution 提出成本节约机会，与采购、工程、产品开发部协作沟通最佳成本方案
• Drive make components production processes improvement/changes by working with engineering and production team to achieve cost control/reduction 提出自制工艺改善意见，与工程、生产部门沟通以实现成本管控、节约
• Prepare cost analysis reports timely to HQ controlling for cost review 及时给出成本分析报告，以备总部进行新型号成本评审
• Support leader to develop operational reports for efficient work 协助主管开发业务报表以更有效工作
• Other assignments required by leader 上级安排的其他工作
Requirements任职资格
• Bachelor degree, Accounting or Finance management major is preferable 本科学历，会计、财务管理专业优先
• More than 8years working experience ,Engineering background is preferable 8年以上工作经验, 有工程背景优先
• Good concept of data analysis 善于数据分析
• Good team player with creative/initiative ideas 优秀团队合作者，积极主动，自主创新能力强
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment能在快节奏环境中工作
