Responsibilities:
1. Prepare the program for the factory with local teams, propose the yearly action plan inked to group HPS certification program include Steel, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum qualification & validation.
2. Drive the management routine, ensure the application and quality of the different meetings & build lean culture in the factory among team
3. Work with manufacturing excellence team to update and improve the overall HPS2.0 program, responsible of the lean training in the factory in line with the group standards
4. Integrate all the group updates from the program into the factory plan
5. Standardize the escalation process of area meeting, project charter management and problem solving process.
6. Be responsible of the business trackers updates for the factory
7. Act as lean coach for the other managers of the plant, advices & helps and support the manager to make decision on lean topics
8. Ensure the right communication of the program and its updates towards the whole factories.
9. Be responsible to organize the project selection and presentation for the factory during the HPS 2.0 Awards.
10. Continuous improvement for HPS 2.0 Group standard on each level.
Qualification:
1. College degree and above
2. At least 8 years working experiene in MNC on production, engineering, logistics
3. Has industial background, good at lean tools
4. Good command of English, can communicate with foreign colleagues
