Responsibilities:
1. Assists with mechanical design, development, testing and documentation for laboratory and portable instrumentation.
2. Interfaces with other design engineers responsible for usability, industrial design and compliance.
3. Reports on status of projects for R&D team members.
4. Development and innovation of functions, new products based on customer feedback, cost and manufacturability.
5. Working independently for mechanical design and product development.
6. Supporting series production.
7. Other tasks assigned by the manager, i.e. Standards, regulations, requirements etc.
Qualifications:
1. Technical University or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or plastics technology.
2. At least three= years of experience in VC business, or similar appliances business.
3. Professional on mechanical system design and development.
4. Professional on commonly applied component development and manufacturing concepts.
5. Be able to use Catia for both 3D and 2D design.
6. Professional on documented experience of the relevant technical methods (DOE, DFMEA…)
7. Must have good computer skills including Microsoft Office.
