职位介绍
工作职责:
1. Work closely with the related stakeholders to collect and analysis and rollout the annual Training needs and plans;
2. Design, implement, monitor and improve the training and development programs;
3. Source, manage and liaise with external vendors for fit-to-purpose learning and development solutions;
4. Follow up and implement locally for the global Training and development programs;
5. Support the design, delivery and tracking of global, regional and local Talent Management initiatives.
任职资格:
1. Bachelor degree, fluent English
2. 5 years working experience in MNC training function
