Report to: CEO
Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. (Mainly develop local CN customers)
2. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
3. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
4. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
5. Attending conferences, meetings, and exhibitions.
6. Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
7. Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
8. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Job Requirements 职位要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
2. Min 5-10 years experience in connectors, cable and wire harness sales for automotive industry and industrial market.
3. Ability to understand the need of the customer by showing company core competitiveness.
4. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
5. Strong communication skills.
6. Outgoing and creative personality.
7. Excellent organizational skills.
8. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
9. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
10. Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
11. Able to work independently.
