Key Responsibilities岗位职责:
1. Develop a competitive supplier base for component align with group policy;
2. Keep track of the market trend and initiate cost reduction activity, to build material cost advantage;
3. Lead Sourcing Activity in new project development, to make sure material availability to match project schedule and cost target ;
4. Bridge the internal team and supplier in new technologies, offer solution to support project development;
5. Continuously improve supplier performance to match BU/factory requirement.
Position Requirements任职要求:
1. Bachelor degree, and major in chemical/mechanical/ industry engineering/international trading is prefer;
2. Above 3 years working experience in International business, Sourcing or R&D in MNC;
3. Be familiar with product development process and other manufacturing process, injection, stamping, CNC machined parts, die casting, wiring, tooling and mold background is plus;
4. Strong logic and communication skill, accountable and result oriented;
