1、机械工程、机电等相关专业本科以上学历；
2、8年以上中等复杂度非标设备机械设计经验；
3、丰富的压装、焊接、铆压、抓取、注胶和检测等项目实践经验；
4、精通机电一体化设备元器件（譬如传感器、电机以及控制系统等）的选型应用以及AutoCAD、CREO在机械设计方面的应用
5、有机器视觉应用经验者/有开关行业经验/良好的灵活性、创造力、主动性、团队精神和沟通能力
工作职责：
1、精益制造产线规划与设计
Lean manufacturing line planning and design
2、非标设备机械方案设计及其详细机械设计
Mechanical concept and detailed 3D/2D design for non-standard equipment
3、参与设计评审
Participate in FDR
4、负责设备BOM、气动原理图以及机电接口定义
Be responsible for the BOM/Pneumatic plan/Electromechanical interface definition
5、支持设备现场装配、调试及终验收
Support machine assembly, processing debugging and final acceptance on site
6、为量产设备的使用、维护提供技术支持与指导。
Offer the technical support and instructions for the use and maintenance of non-standard equipment in mass production
7、完成上级分配的其它工作
