Specific Responsibilities工作职责：
01、 Provide leaderships to the display pallet program management team and the 3rd party service provider’s designing team, develop and define the responsible matrix to the teams.
02、 Initiates, monitors and directs projects and programs from inception through delivery.
03、 Drives strategies to deliver customer requirements ，Analyze gathered each of retailers and the related OEM/ODM production data with the aim of identifying bottle necks, production improvements and output.
04、 Lead the team to identify all potential project risks and develop the risk mitigation plans, and escalate such risks to the company management if necessary.
05、 Provide the accurate project status report to the company management in a timely manner; Conduct the change management for the project, review and approve the changes occurred to the project.
06、 Collaboration with internal pallet display designers / product engineering / procurement team to support global trade marketing team.
07、 Manage and arrange the evaluation testing protocols and activities within the packaging test lab facilities inhouse according to business needs; Coordinate with the external 3rd party test service providers ( such as SGS/ITS etc.) for related ISTA/ASTM tests if necessary.
08、 Ensure regular technical engagement with product engineering team, global trade marketing team as well as retailer’s logistic and operations team if necessary as project management leader for display pallets packaging solution.
09、 Support global trade marketing team well to understand the designing process, packaging supplier/printers management strategic, new programs milestone, OEM/ODM/ Printers manufacturing behaviors and changes, and any additional support and facility investment need.
10、 Support display pallet designers, engineering and procurement teams to manage all NPI project initiatives from initial design to successful launch through collaborating with global trade marketing team.
11、 Work close with each related internal functional teams and external OEM/ODM/Printers to monitor the operations readiness and daily project management progress of all NPI programs related to Display Pallets.

05、 Excellent in English & MS Office software operation.
06、 Project & Process management experience
07、 10 years above working experience with technical role and commercial role.
08、 Demonstrates advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
09、 Technical & professional knowledge: Know-how of packaging / printing / paper / corrugated materials application.
