工作职责：
1. Execute the manufacturing system integration plan in the IS Rx in coordination with local IT managers;
2. Analyze the labs requests and the project needs, in order to carry out the corresponding functional application configuration or enhancements;
3. Review enhancement design with software development teams;
4. Manage change management and training of business users in subsidiaries;
5. Run unit tests then organize of tests with users;
6. Implement start-up strategies for projects;
7. Guarantee the quality of the deliverables, and the documentation;
8. Help the Project manager to Monitor and respect schedules;
9. Monitor systems and troubleshoot during the implementation.
任职资格：
1. Bachelor or Master Degree in related field - IT, Computer Science, MIS, MBA (Master Degree Preferred);
2. Minimum 5 years experience in IT Analyst in the Industrial environment. As much as possible, experience in Rx Lab business and Lens calculation would be appreciated;
3. Strong analytical skills coupled with attention to detail and documentation;
4. Technical skills (basic level): Windows, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Reporting Services, Qlikview;
5. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment;
6. Proven skilled in establishing priorities;
