职位介绍
工作职责:
1. Support plants’ medium-term business development strategy and HR strategy.
2. Engage in interview and provide professional suggestion to hiring manager.
3. Conduct annual budget for headcount and labor cost, monitor monthly actual and analyze variance.
4. Support departments to implement MBO targets establishment, performance evaluation, annual merit increase and PIP process.
5. Work with departments to identify talents, key positions, and successors, retain and motivate them by talent pool calibration and specific development& training plan.
6. Collect learning &development needs and make annual training plan.
7. People caring from on board to leave so that to help newcomers adapt new life quickly and enhance employee experience.
8. Provide effective solutions to deal with complex ER cases.
9. Conduct exit interview and analysis, and work with department to reduce turnover rate.
10. Provide data and reports to management for review and decision making.
11. Complete others assignments appointed by manager.
任职资格:
1. Bachelor and above, Human Resource Management or related major.
2. 3-5 years HR working experience in MFG company, at least has 2 of 6 HR modules solid experience.
3. CET-4 and above with fluent oral English.
4. Skilled at excel, word and PPT.
