Production tooling/Fixture/Jigs development and Management
Responsibilities
1.Manage production tools/Machines/Fixtures
管理制造工模具/机器设备/夹治具
2.Design/develop production fixture/ Jig per new development needs and/or continuous improvement needs.
根据新项目或持续改善需求进行生产夹治具设计
3. Automation and machine development per new development needs and/or continuous improvement needs ( with vendor together).
根据新项目或持续改善需求进行自动化或定制设备开发(与相关厂商配合)
4. New fixtures/jigs/machines debugging and SOP creation.
新治具/设备调试导入生产，制定相关SOP
5 .Driving innovations on production techniques, incl. machines, process and tools, etc.
推动生产工艺的改善，包括机器设备、制成和夹治具等
Qualifications
1.Bachelor degree or college in mechanical engineering or tooling engineering, etc.
机械工程或模具大学本专科毕业
2. Consumer electronic products background is needed. Familiar with electronic accessories process is a plus, including but not limited to: fabric/leather wrapping product, wearable product, etc..
熟悉消费电子行业产品需求，熟悉了解纺织类、真皮类消费电子配件产品优先。
3.Expert in using engineering software, like Autocad, Solidwork, etc for fixture design and DFM..
熟练运用工程软件，如Autocad, Solidwork,等进行治具设计和DFM。
4.Good at problem solving techniques, like DOE, Cpk study and other statistics analysis tools
熟悉问题分析和处理工具，如DOE, Cpk分析及其他统计分析工具
5. Good in English reading and writing.
能使用英文读写。
6.Good team player and have good interpersonal communication skill.
