职位介绍

1、负责公司质量方针，质量目标的具体贯彻落实，统筹负责公司从研发、供应商开发、制造工厂生产出货等各个环节的质量管理和改善工作。
2、负责公司各种质量管理制度的制定与实施，以及各种质量管理活动的执行与推动。
3、负责新产品试产各阶段项目进阶的品质评审把关、新产品品质检验标准的制定等。
4、处理质量异常协助处理客户投诉与退货的调查、原因分析，并拟订改善措施。
5、监督检查质量记录，组织分析质量数据。
6、召开现场质量工作会议。
7、组织质量控制人员、质量检验人员对专业技术知识的学习，建立一支高素质的质量控制、质量检验队伍。
8、完成上级交付的其他相关工作。
任职要求：
1、中专以上学历；
2、5年以上品质管理工作经验；
3、受过产品开发知识、生产管理、品质管理等方面的培训；熟悉箱包产品生产工艺流程及相关工艺技术知识；熟悉国际质量体系专业知识；具有产品异常分析和判断能力；
4、有箱包帽子研发、生产品质管理经验者优先。

1. Responsible for the specific implementation of the company's quality policy and quality objectives, as well as the quality management and improvement from sample stage, supplier development, production and delivery.
2. Responsible for the formulation and implementation of various quality management systems, as well as the implementation and promotion of various quality management activities.
3.Responsible for the quality review of the new product trial production and the formulation of new product quality inspection standards.
4.Deal with abnormal quality issue, assist in customer complaints and return investigation, cause analysis, and formulate improvement measures.
5. Supervise and inspection quality records, organize and analyze quality data.
6. Hold on-site quality meeting.
8.Organize quality control personnel and quality inspection personnel to learn professional and technical knowledge, and establish a high-quality quality control and quality inspection team.
Requirements:
1. High school education or above;
2.At least 5 years working experience in quality management;
3.Trained in product development knowledge, production management, quality management, etc.; Familiar with the production process and related technology knowledge of bags and caps industry; Familiar with the professional knowledge of international quality system eg. ISO90001; Ability to analyze and judge product anomalies; Familiar with the international quality system;
4. Experience in R & D and production quality management is preferred.
