YOUR OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve key program deliverables including performance, schedule and cost.
Be able to work with global and cross-functional teams.
Identify required resources and develop detailed program plans.
Lead from inception to MP, requirements clarification risks identification and mitigation plan, problem-solving and change management.
Ensure program execution is aligned with budget and schedule.
Communicate frequently with internal and external stakeholders regarding program status and identify and resolve program issues and risks.
Documentation for project tracking and reports.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 years of experience as a program manager in a multinational manufacturing corporation.
Experience in the electronic industry, (ODM/OEM/EMS is preferred).
Ability to lead projects with team members in multiple locations globally
Strong communication, coordination and influence skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a challenging situation.
Proven experience in program management tools.
Fluent oral and written skills in English and Mandarin are mandatory.
YOUR EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor degree or above in engineering or project/product management preferred.
