岗位职责：
1、Lead the tooling development for OSM in-house process including components manufacturing, assembly, packing and test.
主导OSM内部生产工序的夹治具等工艺装备开发，内部生产工序包括零件制造、装配、包装和检测。
2、Initiate and update the tooling drawing and specification.
制定和更新夹治具工艺装备的图纸及规格。
3、Responsible for the DFX, debug, trouble shooting, improvement, verification and qualification to the developed tooling.
对所开发的夹治具工艺装备，负责DFX评审、调试、问题处理、改善、验证和认可。
4、Join product DFX with contributing on tooling areas.
在工艺装备方面参与产品DFX评审。
5、 Join Lean, improvement activities, problem solving and customer communication to contribute on tooling areas.
参与精益和改善活动、问题解决及客户沟通，在有关工艺装备方面作出专业贡献。
任职条件：
1、Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering.
本科及以上学历，机械工程类相关专业，
2、6 years'solid experience in automation, tooling or equipment development engineering.
6年以上扎实的自动化、工艺夹治具或设备开发工程经验。
3、Deep understanding of mechanical engineering, tooling design, equipment design, or automation system development.
深入理解机械工程、工艺装备设计、设备设计或自动化系统开发。
4、Strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multi-projects and work independently.
分析能力强，能管理多个项目和独立工作。
5、Good communication and interpersonal skills with understanding of business.
良好的沟通和人际技能，理解业务策略。
6、Good at writing and reading English, fluent in Mandarin.
