Jobs responsibilities：
1. Provide input to new product design component selection

2. Continually review current designs for potential cost reduction options

3. Assemble, test, and validate second source components

4. Analyze and solve product quality issues
分析并解决产品质量问题；
5. Analyze and interpret test information to resolve any issues
分析并解读测试报告，以解决问题点；
6. Conduct inspections for quality control and assurance, report findings and recommendations
实施质量检测，报告发现的问题点及提出解决方案；
7. Collaborate with other personnel to identify, define, and solve any issues
与其他职能协同识别、确认并解决质量问题；
8. Implement schematic and PCB changes when necessary

Requirements：
1. 6+ years of electrical/electronic component development and/or project management experience within a product development environment.
6年以上电子/电气元器件开发或项目管理经验；
2. 2+ years of experience with Project Management skills and experience, ability to manage more than one project simultaneously
其中2年以上的项目管理经验，能同时进行多项目管理
3. 1+ years of experience with technical leadership and organization/control skills
1年以上技术管理经验，良好的组织计划能力；
4. 1+ years of experience with the ability to delegate activities, work, and requests to other work colleagues within and external to functional and reporting group.
1年以上的跨职能、跨领域沟通协调工作经验；
5. 2+ years of experience with formal problem solving methodologies (8D, 7D, 5Why)
