Responsibilities 岗位职责：
1. Policies and Procedures
Implement quality policies, procedures and systems; draft quality engineering work instruction to ensure the business procedures in line with QS and global standards
2. Quality system
Involve in customer audit, implement responsible procedures and facilitate other departments to close their actions on time and fulfill RoHS requirement to our products and process
3. Incoming materials issues Handling
Analyze and identify material issues found in production line, drive SQE for supplier improvement to maintain incoming material quality.
4. Quality documents and criteria setting
develop quality engineering documents (QIP, WI,VA),set up and develop quality inspection criteria, approve COC format in order to maintain product quality performance.
5. Customer Complaints Handling
Handle customers complaints including develop and implement customer complaints corrective and preventive action plan to maintain the relationship with customers.
6. Quality Issues Handling
Handle quality issues of key customer and products in production in order to improve and maintain product quality performance.
7. Quality Improvement
Develop and track assigned process quality improvement plan according to product quality performance and implement situation in order to improve and maintain product quality performance. Using the DMAIC method to drive the improvement.
Qualifications 任职要求：
• Bachelor or above with major in engineering/technology;
• 5+ years of quality experience in electronics industry;
• Can lead the team to do the DOE/G&G and data analyze ability;
• Proficiency in English reading and writing, good command of oral English is a must;
• Good Interpersonal skills, communication skill, presentation skill and documentation skill;
