职位描述：
1. Highly-developed sense of responsibility and spirit, skilled in technology with good quality and keep improvement.
2. Response for Engineering department development in technology, process improvement, training and reserve of team development.
3. Coordinate resource and proactive work with all departs teams to resolve all issue in timely.
4. Work with all Engineering site for NPI introduce, resolve all DFM issue, continue PFMEA improvement; Expected the NPI launch to MP with good product ability and FPY.
5. MFG process and Factory optimize for learn process.
6. 6S MFG Environment (5S + safety work environment).
7. Introduce more automation process for continue process improvement and cost reduction.
8. Work with all departs and MK team to onsite resolve all produce or process issues, improve the produce Quality and On Time Delivery.
岗位要求：
1. Bachelor or above of Mechanical and automatic engineering.
2. 8+ years experiences of electronic and mechanical design & maintain 5+year experience of team managing;
3. Good communication skill and can read, write and speak English;
4. Ability to use statistical knowledge such as SPC;
5. Professional project and management skill.
