Key areas of accountability:
• Equipment acceptance
o Generate document for the equipment- machine manual, maintenance plan, maintenance work instruction, spare part list and another related document
• Maintenance
o Maintenance plan base on corrective actions to improve equipment utilization.
o Supervise and audit the maintenance actives in place.
• Mechanical spare part
o Set up effective and economy safety stock of mechanical spare part
o Continue improvement spare part change sequence and cost
• Corrective actions
o Equipment unplan down time analysis and corrective action base on root cause
o Continue improvement equipment unplan downtime
o Weekly and monthly’s Maintenance report
• Productivity via Automation and equipment upgrade
o Take lead automation/equipment upgrade project
o Work out plan according to budget requirement and keep it on schedule
• Other tasks
o Support production equipment Jig/fixture optimization.
o Provide technical support to improve process quality via improve machine setting and jigs
Job scope:
Plant wide pre-maintenance, TPM implementation and equipment problem solving, equipment productivity via technology upgrade.
Qualification:
1. Academic/Professional Qualification:
o Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Mechanical/ Industrial / Acoustical.
2. Working Experience:
o Minimum 5 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance field
3. Expertise/Skills:
o Familiar with automation equipment management/maintenance
o Understand related software programming (Omron, Xinjie)
o Familiar with Equipment FMEA and control plan
o Solid Project Management skills
o Excellent problem solving and result focus, quick response and solve timely
o Ability to think analytical
o Be able to use Auto-CAD
o Be able to use Pro/E to design
o Equipment safety design mindset is must
o Hands on behaviour
4. Language skills:
o Fluent in English (both writing and read)
