The NPI Engineer will be based in Dongguan. Responsible for checking the quality and the advantage of the product; providing the highest quality and prompt transaction to the target market; assuring diligent inspection of the product before it is released.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
• Process contact window with Customer in overall activities.
• Involve with automation team dealing with HM SME team on earlier stage on automation DFM /Design.
• Review process mapping which to coordinate with automation team toward making user friendly automation machine.
• Layout review and ensure fit to manufacturing and suit customer’s requirement if any.
• Standardization of spare parts / software / outlook of automation machine – to easier for retrofit in future IF required.
• Problem solving in all automation issues for both DG and Chennai – lesson learn and good practices documentation.
• Lead process FA during build stage.
• Review SOP.
Here is some of what you’ll need (required):
• Typically requires 4 years above experience in engineering in the high technology electronics industry or related area. Familiar with new production introduction and manufacturing process.
• Bachelor degree above.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point or any equivalent software.
• Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Customer focus, positive attitude, good team worker.
