岗位职责：Responsibility
1.Lead the EHS team to establish the EHS system based on the Meiyume safety process. It includes EHS procedures: training, risk assessment and control, inspection, accident reporting and investigation, safety rules, permit to work, fire protection, chemical safety etc. 基于集美安全管理体系的要求，带领EHS团队建立体系，包括各种管理程序，如培训、风险辨识与控制、隐患排查、事故汇报与调查、安全法则、安全作业许可、消防安全和化学品安全等。
2.Identify and collect the applicative EHS law/regulations, to ensure the compliance. 识别和收集适用的EHS法律法规标准，确保符合相关要求。
3.Develop annual action plan and manage EHS budget. 建立年度管理计划并管理EHS预算。
4.Direct and coordinate EHS accident investigation to take corrective/preventive action, and follow up to prevent and reduce the EHS accident. 指导和协调EHS事故调查以采取纠正/预防措施，跟进落实，以减少和预防EHS事故的发生。
5.Develop and implement EHS training plan. EHS有关的培训计划组织及执行。
6.Organize the EHS committee meeting, coordinator meeting, conduct the EHS inspection. 组织定期的EHS会议，EHS检查和实施日常的EHS有关的安全检查。
7.Schedule the EHS emergency training plan and drill. 组织和管理EHS有关的应急救援和应急反应方案的编制培训演练，和紧急情况下的方案实施。
8. Follow-up of annual internal and external audit of EHS. 年度有关EHS的内部外部审核工作跟进。
9.Keep good relationship with local authorities to solve the EHS affairs. 和当地政府部门保持良好的关系，以推进和处理工厂EHS事务。
任职要求：Qualification
1. Bachelor in EHS, chemical industry, mechanical, electrical etc. 本科毕业，化工、安全、环保、机械、电气等相关专业毕业。
2. 3 years + Working experience in EHS. 从事环保健康安全管理工作3年以上 。
3. Familiar with EHS laws and regulations. 熟悉EHS相关法律法规。
4. Good English skill in oral, writing and reading. 英语阅读能力良好，可以进行日常会话和一般工作交流。
5. Good skill in office software 熟练使用Word/ Excel /PowerPoint 进行文件编辑处理。
6. Strong sense of responsibilities, integrity, team player, self-motivation, detail-oriented and mature;责任心强，诚实可靠，团队合作精神，自我激励，注重细节，个性成熟。
