Job Description:
1. Responsible for sourcing suppliers based on company’s need; mainly responsible for soucing electric parts or plastic parts.
2. Develop/optimize supplier strategy according to the company strategy; benchmark analysis for defined commodity; analyze the market trend.
3. Manage RFQ; do price analysis and price control&negotiation; implement strategic sourcing plan; cooperate with related departments for NPD and work with PMC, Production, QM, VS, R&D for keeping mass production projects going smoothly.
4. To be coordinator for internal department and among departments for problem solving.
Other Requirements:
1. College degree in science and engineering or bachelor degree , fluent English, around 2-3 years’ experience on purchasing.
2. Excellent negotiation skills; self-driven and pro-active; good analytical ability; with good skills at problem solving.
3. Strong willing to grow up; can work under stress; positive attitude towards problem and stress; with strong responsibility for the job taken.
