岗位职责：
- 负责项目的一切管理，包括时间表，产品质量和项目盈利
- 确保项目按时并在预算范围内完成
- 担任外部客户和内部团队的联系人
- 协助业务开发和销售团队处理商业问题
岗位要求：
- 本科及以上，就读机械/电气工程或相关学科专业
- 至少5年的项目管理经验
- 熟悉汽车行业和TS16949质量体系
- 具良好的领导能力
- 能有效与团队的沟通
- 具良好英语能力
- 具有更多经验的候选人将被视为高级项目经理
- 经验较少的候选人将被考虑为项目专员
Position Summary:
The role will have full responsibility in managing projects from projects launch to production.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for projects’ timeline, quality and profitability
• Ensure projects’ completion on time, within budget and meet business objectives
• Act as liaison for external customers and internal team
• Complete projects on time, within budget and meet business objectives
• Assist Business Development and Sales teams on commercial issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
• Familiar with Automotive Industry and TS16949 quality system
• Good leadership, people skills and result oriented
• Effective communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
