Job Responsibilities:
1, Develop, maintain and improve the maintenance operating system to achieve effective monitoring and control of planned maintenance services with the aim to improve business operations. 开发、维护和改进维护操作系统，以实现维修服务计划的有效监控和控制，改善业务运营。

Job Requirements:
1, Bachelor degree in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. 本科及以上学历，建筑服务/电气/机械工程或相关专业。
2, At least 5 years’ experience in FM operation, with EHS management experience. 5年以上设施运维管理经验，具备EHS管理经验。
3, An in-depth knowledge of building services engineering or/and facilities management practices. 对建筑服务工程或设施管理实践有深入的了解。
4, A good understanding of various aspects of technical maintenance management including inventory, work orders and reporting. 对技术维护管理的各个方面有很好的理解，包括库存、工作订单和报告。
5, Knowledge of safety, environmental protection, and electric; understand the CSR system standard of ISO14001、OHSAS18001、SA8000 and so on. 了解安全、环保和电力相关知识；了解ISO14001、OHSAS18001、SA8000等CSR体系标准。
6, With knowledge and experience in on-site safety management, and familiar with national security, environmental protection, and occupational health related laws and regulations and enterprise security related rules and regulations. 具备现场安全管理知识和经验，熟悉国家安全、环保、职业卫生相关法律法规和企业安全相关规定。
