· The Process Engineering Manager who manages the process engineering team in Huizhou facility. The Process Engineering Manager understands the treating and lamination process/product/structure/materials for Laminate fabrication and guide engineering team manage the established process are robust to manufacture quality products based on requirement.
· Design and plan the manufacturing process for new products.
· Equipment evaluation.
· Cross department cooperation and make sure process effective.
· Lead team to achieve targets.
· Lead/manage the treating and lamination process Engineers with emphasis on continuing to improve process output results with robust, stable and high quality.
· Participate in the global engineering formulation of TRP to support the company’s goals.
· Set the measurable goals and Lead the Subcon factories process validation and evaluation to meet company’s requirements.
· Define and implement short and long term project to resolve treating and lamination process line and customer issues.
· Lead Process validation audit and challenge the existing processes, controls, flows and materials to identify the weakness or concerns of process area and provide the solutions to improve the process together with suppliers.
· Manage and guide Process Engineering team to handle customer quality issues, define the root causes, set immediate actions and long term systemic solutions to fix the weakness of processes.
· Manage the transfer leader to define the project details including overall schedule, roles and functions, predictable view and update.
· Develop and maintain reports that enable the management of continuous performance improvements and operational excellence.
· Develop and mentor direct reports to ensure succession planning as well as periodic review of their performance appraisal.
· Promote and adhere to Company’s commitment on corporate social responsibility Plan, support and provide project leading as well as training to regional employees in standard work.
· Support Asia SAP master data Management.
