Duties:
- Take in part of project review with cross function team. Lead the test issue which assigned by Lab manager.
- Responsible for DVPR review with PDE, work out the test cost and fixture list.
- Follow lab schedules and work in a timely matter.
- Accurate reporting of results in the appropriate documentation formats.
- To ensures on-time delivery for PPAP, Standard and Non-standard tests.
- Maintaining the Lab to the level of the Lab scope.
- Provide on-job training for Lab test technicians.
- Creating test work instruction for each test. Maintain and proper use of test equipment both in the lab and throughout the facility.
- Coordinates all lab activities for PPAP as needed by the PPAP Coordinators and Coordinates annual layout.
- Communication and Reporting.
- Maintains effective communication of test issues to appropriate team members at the Site and Corporate Leadership through appropriate reports and communication.
- Follow up the weekly meeting minutes, work out the monthly performance report.
- Perform all duties as outlined in associated documents.
- Perform all additional duties as assigned by Leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with related major. Such as observation and control technology and etc.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Lab Test technician position, or other industry testing experience is also considered.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 and related standards.
