1 主要工作职责 Main Responsibility
1.1自动化设备的日常故障及时维修处理，制定备件安全库存并维护相关夹治具, 确保生产顺畅.
In time repair and maintain for automation equipment by daily work, work out safety stock for spare parts and maintain relevant jigs, smoothen production line for PRD department.
1.2对自动化设备经常出现的问题提出改善方案，降低故障率.
Record, summarize and analyze for problem list of machine break down, improvement action needed for reducing down time.
1.3编制自动化设备的定期保养计划，并按计划实施维保.
Formalize and execute preventive maintenance schedule for all auto machine.
1.4管理自动化设备维保的相关资料，确保文档完整性.
Manage files of machine manual, spare part drawing, circuit drawing etc.
1.5完成工装及非标设备开发项目的PLC编程和电路图设计.
Keep in good contact with relative engineer for new jig and automation development, draw out circuit design and program for PLC.
1.6设备和生产线的管理，改善，设计及革新.
Take response of maintain, optimization, design and renovation for production line.
2 任职资格
1、大专及以上学历，机械, 电气或自动化相关专业.
College or above, major in mechanical, electrical or automation relevant.
2、5年及以上自动化设备维保经验.
More than 5 years solid experience in automation repair and preventive maintenance.
3、熟悉非标自动化设备机械原理，能快速解决设备各种机械故障.
Familiar with mechanical engineer and automation, quick response for machine break down and solution finding.
4、熟练掌握西门子PLC编程及电路图设计;
Familiar with Siemens program and circuit design
5、较好的沟通、协调和分析判断能力.
Good communication, negotiation and analytical skill.
6、CET-4或以上，口语流利者优先.
