1. Responsible for the process issues from PD/NPI to mass production.
负责从产品开发/新产品导入到量产的过程问题；
2. Responsible for process design and implementation, process improvement.
负责工艺设计和实施，工艺改进；
3. Responsible for new production introduction, pilot run and abnormal solving.
负责新产品的导入、试产及异常处理；
4. Leader the new production line setup and qualification. Also new tooling qualification.
领导新生产线的建立和确认，还有新的工装确认；
5. Prepare related engineering document, Such as BOM/SOP/MIP/DFM/PFMEA.
准备相关工程文件，如BOM/SOP/MIP/DFM/PFMEA；
6. Work with IE engineer to optimize process for production line.
与IE工程师一起优化生产线工艺；
7. Responsible for standardization of process and technology for production line.
负责生产线工艺和技术的标准化。
Job requirements
岗位要求：
1. College degree or above in mechanical engineering, product design or related.
本科学历，机械工程，产品设计或相关专业；
2. At least 3 years working experience, 2 years process control experience is preferred.
3年以上工作经验，2年工艺控制经验优先；
3. Familiar with manufacturing process and machining process, able to do abnormal analysis and troubleshooting.
熟悉制造工艺和机加工工艺，能够进行异常分析和故障排除；
4. Special case improvement experience.
特殊案例改进经验；
5. Experience of new fixture introduction in production line.
有生产线新夹具导入的经验；
6. Experience in leather production is preferred.
有相关皮革生产经验者优先；
7. Good English speaking, reading and writing skills.
