POSITION SUMMARY:

Design new customized assembly machine and make continuous improvement of existing design.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED:
（主要工作内容、岗位职责）:
1.Responsible for concepts and design of customized assembly and test machine;
2.Responsible for 3D model and 2D drawings, BOM ;
3.Clarify Scope and define basic information needed to start design work (technical specification, layout, etc.);
4.Support technician to solve problems during grooming and debugging;
5.Support corporate initiatives for continuous improvement of existing design;
6.Follow the AFCI EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) Policy and system;
7.To perform other duties as required.
EDUCATION (Qualifications obtained in the course of formal education and/or training) 教育/培训:
自动化、机械工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
工作经验和所需知识：
至少有6年以上非标自动化机械设计工作经验；
能够提出可行的、有创意的机械概念和设计；
能够解决调试阶段的问题；
熟悉自动化机械材料、机械加工、热处理工艺等。
SKILLS REQUIRED: 所需技能:
熟练使用机械设计软件，如Pro/E、Solid Works、AutoCAD等；
有团队合作精神；
对连接器组装功能新技术有良好的经验；
