Responsibility as SQE
1. Coach the IQCs for material incoming inspection
指导IQC进料检验
2. Deal with material issues and push suppliers’ improvement in time

3. Prepare the material inspection criteria
制定材料检验标准
4. Termly supplier audit and supplier PPAP management
定期供应商定核和供应商PPAP管理
5. Supplier database and KPI management.
供应商数据库和关键绩效指标管理
6. Follow up and treat the defect happened from supplier side
对供应商处发生不良进行跟踪处理
7. Qualify the new supplier and audit the existing suppliers
新供应商资格确认及对现有供应商审核
Qualification
1. Above colleague
大专以上学历
2. 1 or more years of work experience in supplier quality management.
1年以上供应商质理管理工作经验
3. Familiar with supplier quality management including supplier quality audit, KPI and database management, and the disposal procedure of nonconforming material.
熟悉供应商质理管理，包括供应商质量审核、关键绩效指标和数据库管理，以下不合格品的处理程序。
4. good communication and strong executing force to follow & solve the pending issues.
良好的沟通能力和较强的执行力，路踪和解决悬而未决的问题
5. Good knowledge in IATF16949 quality system, and have actual operation experience. Better to understand VDA6.3 and with VDA6.3 certificate
熟悉IATF16949质量体系，有实际操作经验，最好对VDA6.3有一定了解并有证书
6. Engineering background in stamping/plastic injection or connector etc. auto industry field preferred.
具有冲压、注塑或连接器等工程背景，汽车行业优先
7. Good written English.
