1、Collaborate with R&D team on NPI (concept to reality) focusing on production process optimization, quality specifications optimization, capacity design, efficiency design, EHS design and relevant documentation;

2、Lead new process development, introduction management and its qualification;
主导新工艺开发、导入管理及其认可
3、Design production line layout to integrate technical solutions, equipment, tooling and line facility;
设计生产线布局，测算优化工序，整合技术方案、设备、工艺装备、生产线设施及人员配置
4、Document to standardize production process by initiating and updating MIP, process SOP, machine operating WI, line layout drawings, line IE data and other relevant;
以文件标准化生产工艺，制定更新设备检查计划、工序SOP、设备操作WI、生产线布局图、生产线IE数据表及其他相关文件
5、Trouble shoot and continuously review and improve existing processes related to EHS, quality (FPY), productivity, delivery and cost;
处理现场问题并持续改善EHS、产品质量 (FPY)、生产效率、交货及成本
6、Perform engineering failure analysis and provide engineering solution;
工程失效分析和提供工程解决方案
7、Continuously improve process flows and line balancing;

8、Manage the relevant engineering change by ECR / ECN; 以 ECR / ECN

任职要求：
1、College or above degree holder on related engineering major.
工程类相关专业大专以上学历
2、Can use English in reading and writing.
英文可进行基本读写
3、Over 3 years experience in manufacturing of soft goods and hard goods product. Familiar to manufacturing process technology on soft/hard goods combination is preferred.
超过3年的产品制造经验, 熟悉软硬产品复合制造工艺技术优先
4、With critical thinking, problem-solving skills and teamwork skills.
具备逻辑思维、解决问题能力与团队合作能力
5、Understands and can utilize the IE tools on production process design and improvement
能理解和运用IE工具进行生产工艺设计和改善
6、Familiar to AutoCAD, PPT and other MS software
熟悉AutoCAD，PPT和其他MS软件
7、Manufacturing equipment knowhow and fixture design such as Ultrasonic welding is preferred, High Frequency welding, heat press, cold press and other seamless type of bonding and stitching
