Job Descriptions:
Assisstant Program manager (PM) is responsible to ensure all activities related to the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process (pro # XXXXX) are met, and that the direction and coordination of the different departments involved in the development and implementation of the project meets customer and ECI’s expectations. Is also responsible for looking satisfactory alternatives when customer needs cannot be met and inform any changes needed to the internal and external customers.
Build up the design ability and manage the AE team for Specialty projects includes construction machinery, agriculture construction, HAVC , to assure all customer's design requirements are considering and accomplished.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree required, Engineering preferred.
2. At least 7years experience wire harness project management and product experience.
3. Fluent in English in reading and writing.
4. Good communication skills for internal & external relations & good leadership.
5. Excellent team player.
6. Self-motivated, sociable creative.
