|Responsible for recruiting employee and onboard training, handling complaint case, organizing company activities etc..
1. Recruiting employee to meet the department's requirement
2. Handle new employee's onboard procedure
3. Training arrangement; follow up training record, make sure to pass external and internal audit etc..
4. Organize company activities as request
5. Handle employee relationship, including employee’s complaint/suit etc.
6. Other tasks assigned by superior/manager.
1. Education: Bachelor degree or above in human resource or administration background.
2. Experience: At least 3 years of solid working experience in HR & Admin. With proven track record of relevant achievements and outstanding professional knowledge related to the job in sizable foreign-direct-investment organizations.
3. Open-minded, patient, optimistic, with strong communication skills, would like to work under pressure. Have strong sense of responsibility and working independently.
4. Good command of English.
