职位描述(Job Descriptions)

Position Summary：
Full responsibility on process, engineering and internal project, Global transfer project involve and follow up.
Responsibilities：
• Form business alignment with Global subsidiaries to establish project development roadmap & action plan,
• To set key milestones to track progress & update process team regularly,
• Closely work with quality team to ensure products stability, ensure to achieve internal quality target,
• Roll out automation in production, achieve production efficiency and good quality performance,
• Specially focus on sweating plan (machine / mold capability improvement).
Requirements:
• Degree or above in Engineering related disciplines,
• 8 years working experience in project and process management in sizable company, experience of wire harness operation is preferable,
• Familiar with the plastic injection process, knowing metal stamping is a plus,
• Good analytical skill & problem-solving skill, must be a hands-on person,
• Able to conduct constructive discussions / negotiations with Cross Function Teams (customers)
• Good command of both spoken & written English and Mandarin.
