职位描述(Job Descriptions)

Responsibilities:
1. Lead the quality team to effectively implement quality strategies.
2. Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of Quality Management System as per IATF 16949 and compliance to customer and regulatory requirement.
3. Guide the product development process and associated verification, validation activities, risk management program and risk mitigation including safe launch activities.
4. Lead all internal and customer audits and regulatory audits; address non-compliance issues from both internal and external audits.
5. Maintain high standard of customer service to include investigation and resolution of quality complaints.
6. Drive improvement actions to ensure capable products and manufacturing processes.
7. Drive lesson-learnt across to similar projects and product platforms.
Requirements:
1. Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Bachelor’s degree.
2. 5 years of quality management experience in global automotive suppliers, skilled in establishment of Automotive Quality Management IATF 16949, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Quality tools; PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA.
3. 3 years of experience as a team leading role.
4. Experienced in problem solving and continuous improvement tools; 8D, 5-Why, DOE, Six Sigma.
5. Good interpersonal communication skills.
6. Fluency in English and Chinese.
