岗位描述：
•负责处理产品报价、订单跟进、合同签订等外贸流程；
•与海外客户进行日常沟通，及时解答客户问题并提供解决方案；
•管理和协调产品生产进度，确保订单按时交付。
任职要求：
•具备玩具行业相关经验者优先；
•熟练的英语听说读写能力，通过CET-4级或熟悉越南语，能够日常沟通者优先；
•具有良好的沟通协调能力、责任心强，能够独立完成业务工作和跨部门协作；
•具有团队精神，适应跨文化工作环境；
•能常驻越南。
Job Description:
• Handle international trade procedures, including product quotations, order tracking, and contract signing.
• Maintain daily communication with overseas clients, promptly addressing inquiries and providing solutions.
• Manage and coordinate production schedules to ensure on-time order delivery.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in the toy industry is preferred.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, listening, and speaking); candidates who have passed CET-4 or are proficient in Vietnamese (for daily communication) will be given priority.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
• Team player with adaptability to a cross-cultural work environment.
