Job Description:
1、Handle international trade procedures, including product quotations, order tracking, and contract signing.
2、 Maintain daily communication with overseas clients, promptly addressing inquiries and providing solutions.
3、 Manage and coordinate production schedules to ensure on-time order delivery.
Requirements:
1、Prior experience in the toy industry is preferred.
2、Fluent in English (reading, writing, listening, and speaking); candidates who have passed CET-4 or are proficient in Vietnamese (for daily communication) will be given priority.
3、Strong communication and coordination skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
4、Team player with adaptability to a cross-cultural work environment.
5、 Willingness to be based in Vietnam long-term.
岗位职责：
1、负责处理产品报价、订单跟进、合同签订等外贸流程；
2、与海外客户进行日常沟通，及时解答客户问题并提供解决方案；
3、管理和协调产品生产进度，确保订单按时交付。
任职要求：
1、具备玩具行业相关经验者优先；
2、熟练的英语听说读写能力，通过CET-4级或熟悉越南语，能够日常沟通者优先；
3、具有良好的沟通协调能力、责任心强，能够独立完成业务工作和跨部门协作；
4、具有团队精神，适应跨文化工作环境；
5、能常驻越南。
