具体情况如下：
Your Responsibilities：
• You independently manage daily IT tasks and support local management to ensure smooth operations
• You manage and maintain local IT landscape, e.g., installation and configuration of servers, firewalls, switches, and networks
• You manage and maintain local endpoints like client computers and mobile devices
• You manage and maintain the local staff accounts
• You participate in incident, change and problem management
• You plan and manage on- and offboarding of local colleagues
• You report directly to local plant management in Dongguan
• You are part of the Global IT team and work closely together with colleagues at HQ in Stuttgart/Germany, and other sites
• You contribute to global activities and projects in ERP, MES, Digitalization and Security
• You coordinate local IT service providers
Your Profile ：
• IT Professional with at least 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure
• Practical knowledge in Windows Server, Active Directory, Virtualization, Network, Switches and Printers
• IT security awareness
• Familiar with IT Service Management (ITIL)
• Understanding of Microsoft ecosystem like O365, Teams and OneDrive
• Your motivated in working in an international environment
• Structured mindset with problem solving skills, high motivation and a Can-Do attitude
• Reliable team player as well as ability to take over responsibility and work independently
