1. Planning, monitoring, controlling and leading of the whole NPI/NPD project.
2. Reports during the time of project to management, working together with HQ.
3. Optimize the NPD/NPI process/Template/Tools continuously.
Job Requirement,
1. Solid experience on project management , especially on development phase and home appliances is plus.
2. Willing to grow with company.
