1.0 General 概述
• Coordinate with suppliers about the product planning relevant job arrangements.
2.0 Specific Responsibilities 工作职责
• Issue Stock Transfer Order (STO) for China Market based on forecast.
• Work closely with vendors to ensure orders delivered on time.
• Communicate with Global Supply Planning team and Demand Planning team for forecast discrepancies and supply issues.
• Work closely with Logistic team to ensure orders shipped on time as per the requested delivery date.
• Monitor the inventory level in Asia.
• Arrange monthly meetings with Global Supply Planning team and Demand Planning team to resolve demand and supply issues.
• Ensure system accuracy of production orders and planning parameters.
• Ensure good service and relationship towards internal and external stakeholders & customers.
• Follow up all the supply issues of assigned products. If any potential or existing OTD failure happens, work with vendors and different internal teams closely to minimize the impact ASAP and figure out corrective actions.
• Any other duties assigned by the superior.

3.0 Reporting Lines 汇报关系
3.1 This position reports to Planning Manager.
3.2 No position direct reports to this position.
4.0 Required Skill Set 工作技能要求
• Strong data analytical skill.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese/Mandarin. Able to work independently with overseas customers and vendors.
• Proficient in ERP system, SAP preferred. Be familiar with MS office, especially Excel.
5.0 Required Qualifications & Experience 任职资格及经验要求
• College degree or above.
• 5 years relevant work experience in Toys of Trading/ Buying Office or FMCG industry, supplier management.
