SQE Job Description:
1、Handle the incoming quality issue, coordinate to analysis the root cause, take corrective and preventive action and assess the effectiveness.
2、Settle the nonconformity issue related to component which find in production line and from market. Immediate deal with the complaint, assist supplier to make out corrective action and followup the effectiveness.
3、New production/component development stage work proactive with project team. Insure the quality meet the design and market requirement. Work with new component validation, and monitor after launch to mass production.
4、Regular assess supplier performance at monthly interval, assess the lot accepted rate, reject rate, concession and rework. Monthly summarize and improvement action to work out.
5、Existing supplier annual audit. Support project team on new supplier development.
6、Other task assign by supervisor.
Other Requirement:
1、Male, 28-40,
2、Fluent in English speaking. Good writing, reading.
3、Preferred with experience in home appliance, (electronic related supplier management) 。Also preferred to chemical experience knowledge, eg. Painting, plating, surface treatment, Diecasting.
4、Willing to accept challenges, can travel sometimes when needed.
SQE职责说明：
1、跟进处理所负责来料质量问题,协调分析其根本原因,采取纠正及预防措施,并确认其有效性
2、产线及或市场发现零件异常处理,迅速处理不良投诉,协助供应商制定改善措施并跟踪结果
3、新产品开发阶段积极与项目团队协作，确保产品符合设计及市场要求。新材料确认(供应商变更或材料变更等)，并跟踪上线后情况。
4、定期进行供应商月度评核，统计合格率，退货率，特采及返工。每月进料状况总结及改善措施提交。
5、现有供应商年度审核。配合项目组参与新供应商开发审核。
6、上级主管安排其他工作任务。
要求：
1、男，28-40岁，大专及以上学历；
2、英语听说读写良好；
3、有家电、电子行业供应商管理工作经验优先；化学相关工作经验优先，喷涂,电镀,表面处理,压铸等。
