A global international company, Ole Wolff was founded in 1983 in Denmark where it is still headquartered today. We have sales forces in eight locations worldwide, three R&D and application support centers and with ISO9001 and ISO14001 approved manufacturing facilities in Asia. Ole Wolff is composed of two product divisions: Acoustics and Magnetics components.
Now we have a challenging post and looking for the suitable candidate to join our group:
* Must be highly-motivated sales achiever who has a demonstrable solid track-record
* 2-3 years sales experience within electronic components, preferable in the passive components industry or Acoustic products. Less experience will consider as sales executive
* Experience in selling to local China market and customers preferred
* Good customer management skill preferred, furthermore need to be customer driven and results oriented
* Identifying and qualifying sales opportunities
* Understanding customer needs, buying criteria and decision-making process
* Responsible for targeting the key accounts and work with customer R&D team for design-in projects in the Region, interact with decision makers and closing deals
* Aggressive, target-oriented and willing to take up challenges
* Possess a degree, preferably with an engineering background
* Fluent in English and Putonghua
* Strong presentation skills by using MS-Office products
* Frequent travel to different Province for customer visits is required
* Salary package depends on experience and performance
