JD:
1. Monitoring the social compliance status in our own factories;
2. Backup the friendly factories to develop the social compliance condition of both Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers
3. Performing social compliance audits in existing and potential suppliers;
4. Identify compliance risk currently along the supply chain and provide solutions;
5. CAP follow-up with factories;
6. Frequent update to relevant departments.
1. 监督公司旗下工厂社会责任绩效;
2. 配合合作工厂(包括1级和2级供应商)提升社会责任管理;
3. 对合作供应商和新供应商执行社会责任审核;
4. 识别供应链社会责任合规风险并提供解决方案;
5. 供应商审核CAP跟进;
6. 向相关部门更新供应链合规数据。
Requirement:
1. Minimum 3 years of work experience related to compliance/auditing/legal or related. Working experience in agent is preferred;
2. Acceptable knowledge of the textile industry business concept and operational activities in the relevant division and its associated compliance risks;
3. Solid time management, prioritization, and organization skills;
4. Good Interpersonal skills;
5. Ability to train and lead presentations;
6. Innovation and flexible thinking;
7. Good analytic capability including the ability to identify root causes of issues and corrective actions;
8. Good capability evaluating and balancing risks with business needs and processes;
9. Native Chinese speaker, fluent in written English at least and in Oral is preferred;
10. Good Excel, Power Point skills;

2. 熟悉纺织品行业运营和业务活动及其合规风险;
3. 扎实的时间管理,优先排序和组织能力;
4. 良好的沟通和人际交往能力;
5. 具备培训和领导演示能力;
6. 创新和灵活的思维;
7. 良好的分析能力,包括根本原因分析和纠正措施的能力;
8. 能很好地根据业务需求和流程分析与平衡风险;
9. 中文写作能力熟练,英语读写熟练,口语流利者优先;
