JOB DESCRIPTIONS
1. Review the customer quality requirement of outsourcing project with project team, make OSM quality standard document & test plan accordingly.
2. Align the quality requirement together with outsourced supplier, push supplier set up necessary quality document to meet customer requirement.
3. Train the QAs and supplier relevant quality people for the new project quality standard？
4. Sign the reference sample and limited sample of material if necessary.
5. The ECN contact window of outsourcing project, handling the ECN in supplier.
6. Participate new supplier QMS audit & annual audit to exist supplier.
7. Lead the process audit to the key material.
8. Handle the quality issue in outsourcing project
9. Join the outsourcing project MRB review meeting and provide the professional comment
10. Attend the kick off meeting and provide the suggestion professionally if needed;
11. Handling the customer compliant on outsourcing project and provide the CAR accordingly.
12. Statistical the supplier monthly quality performance data and conduct the quality review meeting with supplier.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum 6 years’ experience working in electronic industry.
2. Rich experience in CE/UL/Rohs etc certification test.
3. It’s highly preferred that the candidate has rich experience in phone accessories,
keyboard, USB flash memory drive or cables.
4. Solid experience in quality control tools, such as SPC, FMEA, and control Plan etc.
5. Good written English communication skills, verbal is preferred but not the must.
