1 主要工作职责/ Main Responsibility
职责1:培训training
1、 根据公司员工培训需求,制定培训计划,阶段性调整培训计划并组织实施,
To make annual training plan according to the company staff training needs,phase adjustment training plan and its implementation,
2、 制定培训相关制度,培训相关档案建立,培训预算的控制。
To make training policy and regulation, establish training archives, control training budget.
3、 根据公司发展,逐步建立公司培训体系,为公司员工提供发展和学习通道。
According to the company's development, help to establish a company training system gradually, provide development and learning channel for employees.
4、 搭建公司内训师团队及具体实施,组织课程开发和实施。
To build internal trainer’s team and implementinternal training plan, be charge of curriculum development and implementation.
5、 负责培训资源和渠道的拓宽和筛选,保证培训质量和效果。
Responsible for expanding training resources and channels, to ensure quality and effectiveness of training.
6、根据各部门培训需求,丰富培训模式和开展推动公司各部门培训工作,营造公司学习氛围
According to the training needs of various departments, enrich training mode and promote departments training work and create a good learning atmosphere in company.
职责2:招聘
7、 根据公司需求制定招聘计划,定时根据市场和实际招聘情况进行招聘分析,发现问题并提供解决方案。
Responsible of making recruitment plan according to company's requirement, do recruitment analysis according to market and actual recruitment situation, find out problems and provide solutions.
8、 开拓及维护网络、中介、校园、内部等招聘渠道。
Responsible ofdeveloping and maintain recruitment channels, such as network, intermedia agencies, campus and internal recruitment..
9、 日常招聘信息发布、更新,简历收集,筛选,、面试预约、组织及跟进工作。
responsible of daily recruitment information release, update, resume collection, screening, interview arrangement and its follow-up work.
10、跟踪评估人才的面试和录用情况,更新和维护人才储备库、

11、优化和完善招聘流程,搭建招聘体系,完善各项招聘制度
Responsible of tracking and evaluation of interview, update and maintain the talent pool.
其它职责:
12、协助人才发展制度、系统的设立和相关工作的执行。
Assist to establish Employees’ development policy, process and system, to assist its implementation.
12、协助企业文化工作的设计、组织和实施。凝聚人心,提升员工归属感和责任感。
Assist in the design, organization and implementation of corporate culture work. toenhance staff sense of belonging and sense of responsibility.
任职资格:
1、 本科以上学历,人力资源或相关管理专业;
Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources or related management;
2、 具备三年以上外企培训&招聘管理经验,对培训、招聘体系的搭建、企业文化活动策划和建立有较丰富的实践经验;
Have more than three years of foreign-owned enterprise training and recruitment management experience, have practical experience on training and recruitment system construction, corporate culture activities’ designing and culture establishment.
3、 良好的沟通与协调能力,有较强的执行力与问题解决能力。
Good communication and coordination ability, strong executive ability and problem solving ability.
4、 具备一定的培训、活动组织及主持能力。
Good training skill, organ

5、熟悉电脑操作,熟练掌握Excel、Word、Powerpoint相关软件操作;

6、英语CET四级或以上,具备使用英语工作交流的能力。
