职位介绍

岗位职责：
1、Works closely with Project Development team to provide tooling and processes status updates for new projects, fully in compliance to APQP, PPAP requirements;
2、On time to complete all advanced documentations related to pre-Launch, including PFMEAs, flows chart, and operator instructions etc.;
3、Provide positive manufacturing inputs during new product design phase, in order to eliminate any potential design failure to manufacturing process;
4、Monitoring gages, jig and fixtures development progresses and outcome evaluation;
5、Troubleshoots to new products on manufacturing process and equipment, including short term and long term solution;
6、Supports and fields customer complaints, working together with cross functional team led by QA to determine root cause and develop corrective actions;
7、Conducts PFMEA, DOE, SPC analysis to fulfill customer requirements and manufacturing process development initiatives;
招聘要求：
1、Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
2、Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing process;
3、Good knowledge of plastic injection molding, tooling, part and assembly design and manufacturing processes
4、Minimum 1 years experience using Pro/Engineer.
5、Experience in the headlights \assemble\gauge is must.
