Job Description:
Co-work with sales department to work out the sales channel trade marketing activities in overall planning according to the sales & marketing strategy, detailed into executable programs, and track the implementation status.
Streamline current working process / platform between sales & MKT team to drive collaboration & communication efficiency, optimize the channel development framework.
Co-work with sales team to develop reliable distribution network including different type of retail shops and wholesale network covering major cities/areas.
New product launch program / go-to-market plan initiation, deployment, tracking, and evaluation etc.
All channel customer related BTL programs (key festival, peak season promotion, seminar, etc.) initiation, deployment, tracking, and evaluation etc. Develop BTL activities related SOP, agreements to ensure sales operation with full compliance
Shopper experience enhancement via creating excellent in-store brand exposure initiatives, such as image shop, shop in shop, experience center, POSM etc. Drive efficient “last mile solution” to encourage customer purchase base on shopper & industry insights, such as coupon, discount, gimmick, membership, etc.
Support on all trade marketing related activities’ PR application, accrual & payment to ensure on time delivery base on finance policy
