Description:
1 According to the shipment to be done, get the relevant information (delivery address, shipment mode, forwarder, etc.) from the customer service dept.
2 Ensure all documents are correct and provided on time (P/L, C/I, DGD, certifications, CIQ approval, etc.)
3 Coordinate the shipments with forwarders and customer services, from the departure to the delivery. Get the related key information (ETD, ETA, status, etc.)
4 Record the shipment history and archive delivery notices for easy traceability
5 Get quotes for non-regular shipments
Requierment :
1 Experience in logistic, domestic and international shipments
2 Experience in Dangerous Goods handling is preferred
