职位介绍
1. Bachelor Degree in Electronics or Electrical or IE Engineering is required.
2. Minimum 8 years of quality management work experience with in Electronics consumer products is required.
3. Position requires excellent written and verbal communication in English and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to actively participate and facilitate group meetings.
5. Ability to lead team members toward common objectives while fostering team spirit.
6. Strong presentation skills required.
7. Responsible for control of process quality control, and handing with customer quality complaints.
8. PC skills including proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
9. In depth knowledge of statistical techniques and quality improvement tools, such as 6 Sigma, SPC, Kaizen, Lean manufacturing, FMEA, Quality control plan.
10. Provide quality training and mentoring of employees to facilitate change through the organization and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
11. Organize necessary function and activities to reach the defined quality requirement which compliance with customer’s quality demand.
12. Sound understanding of quality management systems such as ISO9000, ISO 14001 with the ability to audit all areas of system requirements.
13. Systematic and analytical skill in problem solving.
