1 主要工作职责 / Main Job Responsibility
1.1来料、制程、出货相关的原材料、零件、成品2D/3D尺寸测量；
D2D/3D dimension measurement for incoming material / process / delivery and related raw material, parts and finished goods.
1.2对新产品作全尺寸测量及各部门申请2D/3D尺寸测量；
Full dimension measurement on new products, 2D/3D dimension measurement requested by other department.
1.3帮助工程师对产品不良进行测量分析以找出尺寸上的问题；
Assist engineer to find out and analyze the dimension problems.
1.4设计一些能提高测量工作效率的辅助量，治具；
Design some auxiliary measurement jigs which can help to improve measurement efficiency.
1.5对QC进行测量仪器使用及测量技术上的指导和培训；
Train / Guide QC to use measurement equipment and improve measurement skill.
1.6测量室的日常管理与维护及其他日常工作。
Daily management of measurement room and other daily work.
1.7完成其它分配的相关工作。
Finish other allocated tasks
2 任职资格/ Qualification
2.1 中技以上学历，机械、测量、设计或相关专业毕业；
Polytechnic school or above graduated, machinery / measurement / design or related majors.
2.2 至少3年以上测量技术员工作经验；
At least 3 years of measurement working experience.
2.3 精通模具，塑胶产品的尺寸测量；
Proficient in mold, plastic part dimension measurement.
2.4 能读懂机械图纸，懂形位公差；
With the ability of reading drawing, understand form and location tolerance.
2.5 精通各种尺寸测量设备(特别是光学投影测量设备如OGP flash200, 智泰VME300， 怡信EV3020)的使用；
Proficient in the use of kinds of measurement equipment (especially for optical projection measurement equipment such as OGP flash200, 3DFamily VME300, Easson EV3020)
2.6工作主动、灵活、责任心强，有良好的沟通技巧及团队合作精神；

年龄要求：20-45岁
