1. 机械/模具专业或其他相关专业，本科及以上学历；
Mechanical engineering or mold engineering and other related major, bachelor degree or above;
2. 精通各类模具结构，熟悉注塑工艺和注塑设备，了解塑胶材料，模具钢材及其特性；
Familiar with the injection molding process and injection molding equipment, knowledge of plastic materials, mold steel and its characteristics;
3. 优秀的英语口语和书写能力良好的分析、组织、计划能力；
Excellent oral and written English and strong capability in analyzing, organizing and planning;
4. 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，工作积极主动、认真细心、责任感强；
Good communication skills and strong team spirit; Proactive, careful and responsible;
5. 熟练应用各类办公软件；
Be proficient in all kinds of office software;
6. 有医疗器械行业工作经验者优先。
