1.0 Position Specific Responsibilities and Performance Standards. 职位特殊的责任及执行的标准
1. Managing new machine, new process introduction project from start to end-of-program., technology requirement ,TQCR creation, new machine new process validation, acceptance inspection etc.
2. Work with finance on IRR report, recommend and present to top management for new machine, new process investment.
3. Perform capacity and machine demand analysis, work with production on the layout for new machine, new process, .
4. Manage new machine, new process open issues & progress reporting, machine qualification, trials, and validation, reporting results.
5. New machine GWI creation, support on maintenance department on machine maintenance plan creation
6. Manage end-of-program transfers for mass production
7. Maintain new machine, new process introduction "lessons learned" library.
8. Advanced machine, process study with GUS program development team
2.0 Position Specific Requirements 职责明确要求
Education 训导: Junior college or bachalor major in automation engineering , automation in industry etc.
Experience 经验: above 8 years related working experience, know well automation project developing process, as well as rich experience of automation design and program, installation, adjustment,validation, rich of IE(industrial engineering) knowledge will be prefferable
